Where we build
We work at all major German exhibition centres. Our base is in Krefeld, in the middle of the North Rhine-Westphalia fair region, close to Düsseldorf, Essen and Cologne.

Design
We create a stand concept with 3D visualisations and a detailed quote.
Approval and orders
We submit the plan to the organiser and order power, water, internet and other services.
Production
The stand, graphics and furniture are produced and tested.
Build-up
Our team builds the stand on site. You arrive to a finished, clean stand.
Show and dismantling
We stay reachable during the fair, then dismantle, dispose of waste and store reusable parts.

Questions exhibitors ask
Where do you build exhibition stands?
Our focus is Germany. We build stands at all major German exhibition centres, including Düsseldorf, Cologne, Essen, Frankfurt, Munich, Hannover, Berlin, Hamburg and Nuremberg. For other European venues, ask us.
Do you design and build custom stands, or only rent booths?
Both. We design and build custom stands, modular system stands that can be reused at several fairs, and complete rental booths for exhibitors who want a simple, fixed-price solution.
Can I talk to you in Chinese?
Yes. Your project contact, Xue Qiu, speaks English, German and Chinese.
Do you handle the paperwork with the organiser?
Yes. We submit the stand plan for approval, prepare structural documents for larger constructions, and order the technical services such as electricity, water, compressed air, internet and suspension points.
How early should I contact you?
For a custom stand, about four to six months before the fair. For a rental booth, six to eight weeks is usually enough. For large fairs like bauma or drupa, start earlier.
What does a stand cost?
It depends on the size, the number of open sides, the design and whether you rent or buy. Send us the fair, stand size and what you want to show, and we will prepare a concept and a quote.
